Yes. Heri runs on your child's own Android phone or iPhone — no extra device to buy. Install the app on their phone, choose "Child" and enter your family's invite code.
Create a family group on your phone and you get a 6-character invite code (valid for 3 days). On your child's phone, install Heri, choose "Child" and enter the code. Another parent can join with the same code.
About every 5 minutes on the free plan and about every minute on Prime and Prime Plus. With Prime's live mode, it updates every few seconds while you're watching.
No noticeable difference on most phones. Heri uses the phone's own location services and sends small updates in batches. You also get an alert when your child's battery drops below 30% and 10%.
Yes — the family map, place alerts, SOS, chat and siren work on iPhone and Android. Screen-time limits, app blocking, call protection and Live Listen currently need an Android phone for the child.
After a 10-second countdown that they can cancel, every parent in the family gets an urgent alert with the child's live location. SOS is free and unlimited on every plan. Heri is not an emergency service and doesn't call the police or an ambulance.
Yes. Heri is for families who agree to share. Your child sees the app on their phone, sees a banner while Live Listen is on, and can turn location sharing off — you're notified if they do.
Basic is free forever. Prime is 5 ₾ a month or 50 ₾ a year; Prime Plus is 15 ₾ a month or 150 ₾ a year. One plan covers the whole family group and up to 3 parents.
Plans are bought on our plans page or in Heri on the web with any bank card through Bank of Georgia. Sign in with the same email you use in the app — the plan unlocks automatically. You can cancel auto-renew any time; the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period.
