In short
Our website has no advertising and no social-media plug-ins. We count visits with Google Analytics only if you press “Accept” on the banner; until then nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Apart from that, we only store what's strictly needed for a page you're using to work.

Everything in this table except the Google Analytics cookies is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, so it doesn't need your consent. The Google Analytics cookies aren't, so they are only set with your consent. None of it is used for advertising or to track you across other sites.
2. Third-party content
Until you accept analytics, the website's pages load nothing from other websites. If you accept, your browser loads the Google tag from googletagmanager.com and sends Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, with processing by Google LLC in the USA) the address of the page, the page you came from, your browser and device type, an approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics doesn't store) and which buttons you press. We use it only to improve the website: advertising features are switched off, and Google never receives your Heri account, family or location data.
Some features load maps from outside providers:
- the map in the app uses OpenFreeMap, and Esri for satellite view;
- a shared-location link page uses OpenStreetMap tiles and the Leaflet map library from unpkg.com.
These providers receive your device's IP address and the map area being viewed, as any website does when it serves a file. They don't receive your Heri account details. The payment page is run by JSC Bank of Georgia, which may use its own cookies under its own policy.
3. Your choices
Change your analytics choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page of the website. If you decline or withdraw your consent, we stop sending data to Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
You can also clear or block site data in your browser's settings. If you do, you will need to sign in again on the plans page or in Heri on the web, and the website will ask about analytics again.
