Screen-time limits, app blocking, call protection and Live Listen are part of Prime Plus (15 ₾ a month or 150 ₾ a year) and work on the child's Android phone. The family map, alerts, SOS and chat work on iPhone too.
How to set up parental controls in Heri
- Install Heri on your phone and create a family group. You get a 6-character invite code.
- On your child's phone, install Heri, choose "Child" and enter the code.
- On the child's phone, give Heri the permissions it asks for (location, app usage access).
- On your phone, open your child's profile and set limits, schedules and blocked apps.

Do Heri's parental controls work on iPhone?
Parents can use Heri on iPhone or Android. On a child's iPhone the family map, place alerts, SOS, chat and siren work. Screen-time limits and app blocking currently need the child's Android phone; on iPhone use Apple's built-in Screen Time for those.
Can my child turn the parental controls off?
Prime Plus uninstall protection stops your child from removing Heri, and you get an alert if they switch off location sharing. What works best is agreement: explain why you're installing the app and what the rules are.
