Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 October 2026
The Georgian version of these Terms is the official one. If the English translation differs, the Georgian version applies.
1. Who we are
Heri (the “Service”) is provided by [COMPANY_NAME], identification code [COMPANY_ID], legal and actual address [COMPANY_ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”).
- Email: support@heri.ge
- Phone: [CONTACT_PHONE]
- Support chat: in the app, Menu → Support
These Terms are a contract between you and us. They apply to the Heri apps for Android and iPhone, Heri on the web https://heri.ge/app, the website https://heri.ge and the plans page https://heri.ge/plans. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
2. What Heri does
Heri is a family safety app. Members of a family group can:
- see each other on a map;
- get alerts when someone arrives at or leaves a saved place;
- chat with each other;
- send an SOS from a child's phone.
Paid plans add more features (see section 4). Parental-control features and Live Listen work only when the child's phone runs Android. The app shows which features are available on each phone.
Heri is not an emergency service. It does not contact the police, an ambulance or any other emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.
Locations come from the phone's own location services and the internet connection. They can be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, for example when a phone is switched off, out of battery, offline, or has location permission turned off. We do our best to keep the Service running, but we can't guarantee it will be available without interruption.
3. Accounts, family groups and children
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Use “Log out on all devices” if a phone is lost.
- Parent (adult) accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Only an adult can create a family group or buy a plan.
- Child accounts may be connected only by a parent or legal guardian, or with their permission. By inviting a child under 16, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy. Children aged 16 or over give their own consent when they join.
- You may add only people who know about Heri and agree to share with the group, or your own minor children. Secretly tracking or listening to another person is prohibited and may be a criminal offence. A child always has Heri visible on their phone and is shown what is shared.
- A child can't leave a group while a parent is in it. Only the group owner can remove members.

5. Buying a plan
- Open https://heri.ge/plans or Heri on the web (https://heri.ge/app, “My plan”) and sign in with the same email you use in the app.
- Choose a plan and a billing period, then press the button to pay.
- You are taken to the secure payment page of JSC Bank of Georgia. There you enter your card details and confirm the payment. Until you confirm, you can go back and change your choice. We never see or store your full card number.
- When the bank confirms the payment, the plan switches on in the app. We send a confirmation to your email with the plan, price, period and a link to these Terms.
The contract is concluded when the bank confirms your payment. These Terms stay available at https://heri.ge/terms, and your current plan is shown on the plans page. The contract is concluded in Georgian or English.
6. Automatic renewal and cancellation
- When you subscribe, you agree that your card is saved with Bank of Georgia and charged automatically at the start of each new period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- You can cancel auto-renew at any time on https://heri.ge/plans or in Heri on the web (“My plan”). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry once a day up to 3 times and the plan keeps working for 3 days. After that the plan ends and the account moves to Basic.
- Upgrading (for example Prime → Prime Plus, or monthly → yearly) starts a new plan right away. The unused value of the old plan is added as extra time.
- Plans given to you by us as a gift don't renew and need no card.
7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a plan you bought within 14 calendar days of the purchase, without giving any reason. We will refund the full amount of that payment within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice, to the card you paid with.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@heri.ge or through Support in the app. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. When you withdraw, the plan ends and the account moves to Basic.
The right of withdrawal applies to the first purchase of a plan. Automatic renewals continue the same contract. You can stop them any time by cancelling auto-renew, as described in section 6.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Heri to follow, watch or listen to anyone without their knowledge, or anyone who is not a member of your family group;
- use parental controls or Live Listen on a phone that isn't your child's;
- share another person's location, messages or audio outside the group without their consent;
- send unlawful, threatening or abusive content in chat;
- interfere with the Service, try to access other people's accounts, or reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or the law. Unless the law requires otherwise or there is a risk to someone's safety, we will tell you first and give you a chance to explain.
9. Live Listen and parental controls
Live Listen lets a parent on the Prime Plus plan listen live to the sound near their child's phone, for the child's safety. The rules:
- The child is shown a “listening” banner and a notification with a Stop button for the whole session.
- The child can turn sound sharing off in Privacy at any time.
- Audio is not recorded or stored by us.
- You may use Live Listen only for your own child, for their safety. Never use it to listen to other people's private conversations.
Parental-control rules, such as limits, schedules and blocking, are set by a parent and enforced on the child's Android phone. The child can ask for extra time from the block screen.
10. Your content and our rights
Messages, photos and voice notes you send stay yours. You let us store and deliver them to your group only to provide the Service. The Heri name, apps, design and texts belong to us. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership of them.
11. Liability
We are responsible for providing the Service with reasonable care and skill, in line with Georgian law. We are not responsible for:
- losses caused by inaccurate or missing locations or alerts due to the reasons in section 2;
- problems with phones, operating systems, mobile networks or third-party services outside our control;
- misuse of the Service by a user.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Georgian law, or our liability for intentional acts or gross negligence.
12. Ending the contract
You can stop using Heri at any time. You can cancel auto-renew on the plans page and delete your account in the app (Menu → My account → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. It also deletes your saved card at the bank and ends any paid plan, so no further payments are taken. The remaining paid time is not refunded, except within the 14-day withdrawal period in section 7.
If we ever stop offering the Service or a paid plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
13. Changes to these Terms and prices
We may update these Terms or our prices, for example when we add features or the law changes. For changes that affect you, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. A new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel auto-renew before the change takes effect. The plan keeps working until the end of the paid period.
14. Complaints and disputes
- Write to Support in the app or to support@heri.ge. We reply to complaints within 10 working days.
- If we can't resolve the issue, you can contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (gcca.gov.ge), use mediation, or go to the courts of Georgia.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Your mandatory rights as a consumer always apply.
